I hereby acknowledge and agree that there are risks associated with entering the premises known as Stepping Stones historic site, located at 62 and 66 Oak Road, Katonah, NY, 10536, and that such risks include, but are not limited to: tripping and falling; having an allergic reaction; contracting an illness or other risks of bodily or other injury associated with entering upon the grounds, using any structure or facility, using any vehicle (including being driven), walking around, entering any building or coming into contact with staff, other visitors, wildlife, or injury due to falling limbs / branches or nuts. I further agree to release and forever discharge and hold harmless Stepping Stones Foundation and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, and agents, and their respective successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Persons”), from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature which arise or may hereafter arise directly or indirectly from my visit, including any claim I may have against any of them with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage or any other injury or loss of any kind, whether caused by their actions, omissions, negligence or otherwise.  I agree not to sue or otherwise make any claim against any of the Released Persons relating to, arising from or in any way connected with my visit to Stepping Stones. COVID-19 AND OTHER DISEASES AND INFECTIONS WAIVER AND RELEASE. I hereby acknowledge that I voluntarily assume the risk of catching COVID-19 and other communicable diseases and infections or passing them on to others, and that the releases and waivers I have provided above extend fully and completely to any harm or injury of any kind that I may experience by catching or being exposed to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases and infections while at Stepping Stones.  I agree not to sue or otherwise make any claim against any of the Released Persons relating to, arising from or in any way connected with any diseases and infections and I will indemnify and hold harmless Stepping Stones for any illness, harm, injury, or fatality suffered by any person as a result of my visit to Stepping Stones.
